Pastor Ray Cluff
Lead Pastor

Ray has served as Lead Pastor since December of 2001. Jesus and family are his passions. He desires to encourage and equip families to establish discipleship in their homes and to preach relevant Biblical messages that bring people into the very presence of Jesus.

Ray was born in November of 1963 and spent his formative years in the foothills of Southeast Idaho. Although he grew up under the influence of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) and attended Ricks Jr. College (now BYU Idaho), he later met and married the beautiful Char Deal, the daughter of a Nazarene pastor, and began his journey into the Christian faith and Nazarene church.  Ray and Char have four adult children and five grandchildren.

After Char's passing in 2019, the Lord provided another helpmate to partner in ministry and Ray married in 2021 to Becky Miller.

Pastor Scott & Kim Spratlen
Associate Pastor/Office Manager

Pastor Scott began at Heritage Hill as the Youth Pastor many years ago. When he started noticing grey hairs, he knew it was time for a younger pastor to take that lead. He transitioned to an assistant pastor role, specifically heading up our technology.

Scott enjoys cheering for guys driving in circles (NASCAR) and playing 18 holes.  He has been married for over 20 years to Kim, who serves as our office manager.

Kim's skills as a Para Educator and a stay at home mom come in handy as she works to keep Pastor Ray in line! She is passionate about serving, working with children, and raising their two kids, Josh & Jaz.

Pastors Rob & Brittany Haworth
Youth Pastor / Associate Pastor

Pastor Rob grew up a pastor and missionary's kid, then felt a call to ministry himself at a young age. He attended Olivet Nazarene University near Chicago, IL, and after graduation in 2016, he came to the Omaha area for his first youth ministry assignment. That's where he met Brittany, the daughter of Pastor Ray and Heritage's then Worship Pastor. Brittany grew up at Heritage, later attending MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Rob and Brittany got married in 2018 and began ministry together (both ordained pastors). They moved up to South Dakota in 2020, but God called them back to Heritage Hill in 2022 - the same year they welcomed the most perfect baby on the planet, Loxtynn, into their family. They are now pregnant again with a baby boy, due in January of '24!

Rob is passionate about football (Chiefs and Huskers), graphic design, music, and anything that can go on a grill.

Brittany loves Starbucks, TJ Maxx, all things comfy, and nights at home with her family.
